Selena Gomez

Selena Marie Gomez (born July 22, 1992) is an American actress, voice artist, singer and musician. Gomez first made her debut appearing as Gianna in Barney & Friends, lasting from 2002 to 2004. Following this, Gomez had cameo roles in films such as Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003) andWalker, Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire (2005). In 2006, Gomez appeared as a guest star on an episode of the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, as well as Hannah Montana. Following this, Gomez starred in the Disney Channel television series Wizards of Waverly Place. The series was a critical and commercial success, earning Gomez numerous awards and nominations. Gomez later appeared in numerous Disney Channel series and films including Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream (2008) and Disney Channel Games (2008). In 2009, Gomez appeared in the filmsPrincess Protection Program and Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie before releasing her first studio album as Selena Gomez & the Scene, titledKiss & Tell. The album was a commercial success, peaking inside the Top 10 of the Billboard 200.

Following this, Gomez appeared in the film Ramona and Beezus, one of her first roles outside of Disney. Gomez & the Scene released their second studio album, A Year Without Rain, later that year. The album entered the Top 5 of the Billboard 200, and spawned two Top 40 hits. In 2011, Gomez gained much publicity when it was confirmed that she was in a relationship with teenage pop star Justin Bieber. The couple was dubbed "Jelena" by the media, and were noted as being a teen power couple. Gomez began appearing in more films such as Monte Carlo (2011) and The Muppets (2011). Gomez, along with her band, later released their third studio album When the Sun Goes Down in 2011. The album spawned the hit single "Love You Like a Love Song", which was certified 4× Platinum by the RIAA. Following the release of the album, Gomez confirmed she would be taking a musical hiatus to focus on her acting career. She then went on to appear in the films Hotel Transylvania (2012) and Spring Breakers (2013), the latter of which saw Gomez portraying a more adult role.

Despite her early comments of a musical hiatus, Gomez confirmed in October 2012 that she was working on her solo debut album. The lead single, "Come & Get It", was released in April 2013. It became her first Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and was certified double platinum by the RIAA. The album's second single, "Slow Down", was released in June. Gomez has since announced plans of a second musical hiatus following the release of Stars Dance in July. Outside of her work in the entertainment industry, Gomez is involved in philanthropic activities through charity work and various social and environmental causes.

Mohammadreza Golzar He was born on 21 March 1977 in Tehran, Iran. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Azad University.

Before starting his acting career with Sam and Narges, he gained fame as the guitarist of the Iranian music band, Arian band. In 2000, he was invited to act in Sam and Narges by Iranian director, Iraj Ghaderi. He started to gain popularity after acting in more films such as Shaam-e Akhar, Zahr-e Asal, and Boutique.

Golzar gained media attention when it was revealed that he was paid £55,000 for 3 days work whilst shooting Democracy in Bright Daylight in 2009, a relatively high fee given the per capita income of Iran

He was captain of volleyball team of the artists from 2004 to 2008 who work for a charity tournament was held in 2005 but due to differences with the head coach and careers in cinema, he withdrew from team in 2008.

In addition to his acting career, he has modeled for companies such as Shyravran, Aykat and Tee-Top(one of the most famous tea cakes in Iran).

Shadmehr Aghili

Aghili started early in music and studied piano, guitar and violin graduating from Conservatory of Music in Iran.

He worked in music for a while in IRIB the official radio and television in Iran. He released his cassette album Bahare Man in 1997, an instrumental music album where he played piano, guitar and violin. The album Fasle ashenai in 1998 was another great effort with a number of collaborations. The follow up Mosafer was also well received by the public. Aghili appeared also on screen with Pare Parvaz a best-seller in Iran for that year. Shadmehr Aghili also wrote the soundtrack for the film. He had also a lead role in Shabe Berahne.

Aghili immigrated to Canada where he was signed to. His first album in Canada was Khiali Nist quickly followed by Doori va Pashimani, Adam Foroush and Popcorn.

2009 saw the release of highly-praised Taghdir on a new contract with Century Records. In 2012, he released Tarafdaar on Avang Music.

Shadmehr Aghili is a versatile artist, violinist and musician Besides his prominent use of pianno, guitar and violin, he also uses in some recordings the santur, the mandolin, trumpet,harmonica, keyboard, banjo, koto. Shadmehr also remains active politically recording a track in 2010, conveying his support of the Iranian Green Movement recorded over background music, encouraging Iranian people to protest against their government and using music as a tool to get to freedom and liberty. In 2012 in a collaboration with singer Ebi, he released the anti-war "Royaye Ma" (A Dream) in support of World Vision USA and World Vision Canada.

Ebrahim Hamedi (born 19 June 1949), known better by his stage name Ebi, is one of the most famous and influential Iranian singers of his time. He is widely known for his expressive voice and is considered one of the best singers of his generation. He lives in exile in Marbella,Spain, although he also spends time in Los Angeles. Since the Islamic revolution in Iran he mostly tours the world, having combined musical influences from traditional Persian music, western pop and sometimes Latino style rhythms.

Exiled from Iran since the Islamic Revolution he has taken an active political stand against the Iranian regime; but has also performed his Iranian nationalistic song "Persian Gulf" that makes reference to the Iranian stand in the Persian Gulf naming dispute. Among other "politically charged" songs, Tasmim critically addressed the very controversial 2009 presidential election.

Ebi was born in Tehran, the eldest of six siblings. He received early musical schooling, as he was discovered by the Ministry of Art and Culture at a very early age. Declining an offer to further pursue classical schooling as an opera soloist in Italy, Ebi instead turned to popular music as a member in the group "Sun Boys". A major breakthrough was Ebi's performance of the song "Shab" (Night) at Fereydoun Farrokhzad's TV-show "Mikhak-e Noghreyi". During a series of planned concerts in the United States, Ebi, due to the Iranian Revolution|revolution of 1979, decided not to return to Iran
